Parental rights

Whether a parent who's child is out of control get the court to order him to come home?

Whether aprent can ask that hr child be placed on probation?

Whether aprent can ask the court to have her nminor child placed in a juvenile facility?

Much will depend on the age of the child. A child who has not reached his/her 16th birthday is a juvenile and therefore eligible for PINS status (Person in Need of Supervision), wherein the court can direct conditions and services as it sees fit and even detention. If your child is over 16 but under 18 - then the options are more limited. Additionally, much depends on the scope of your child's behavior - does it involve violations of law? Is he/she in school? Etc! These types of cases are very much fact specific. I wish you the best of luck in any event.
