The best way would be to negotiate an amendment to the agreement.

Re: Parenting agreement

First you try to negotiate an amendment to the agreement. With christmas, time is usually divided between the father and mother. For example, on even years father has child Christmas eve and mother has child Christmas day, and in odd years mother has child Christmas eve and father has child Christmas day.

The agreement must be in writing, signed and acknowledged in the same manner as your present agreement.

If there can be no agreement, you would have to make application to the Family Court for visitation for Christmas.
