Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can parties introduce evidence for the first time at trial in a civil trial or are parties required to disclose all of their evidence prior to trial in order to allow their adversary to review their evidence?

There is no requirement that all evidence be disclosed prior to trial. However, there are rules on discovery. You should consult an attorney for specifics as to your situation.
