Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My partner is receiving temporary spousal support. If we purchase a home and cohabitate, will cohabitating be grounds to end the spousal support? Or will it only be cancelled if/when we marry?

Need to see the Agreement/Stipulation/Order. There could be a lot of money involved-don't be pound-wise and penny-foolish-get an attorney.
