can a third party women can file adultry case agaist a man, who is married to his wife?

If you are asking whether or not you, a person who engaged in the commission of adultery with a man who pretended not to be married, can file an adultery case against that man, the answer is no. Adultery can be the basis of a divorce action, so if you are not married to the adulterer, you have no legal action to bring.
