Paternity determination and responsibility
Son's girlfriend is pregnant-question of paternity-DNA will be done at time of birth-If he puts name on birth certificate before DNA results what responsibilities does he assume if the child is NOT his?

If he places his name on the birth certificate, he is acknowledging that the child is his. As a result, he will be assuming all the rights and responsibilities as the child's father.
