Legal Question in Family Law in New York

We are currently paying child support for my daughter who has graduated high school, is 20 does not work and refuses to go to college. In NYS am I obligated under a court order to continue child support payments to her father, until she is 21 if she is not a full time college student?

Yes, until age 21. It is until 22 if she is in college full time.
