Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I'm paying child support for a child that isn't mine, i did a dna test on the child and found out that the child is not mine. i've been to court and the judge said that do to the fact that the test wasn't legally appointed. that he can not drop that order until. he appoints a test. now, the judge told the other party to take the child to see a guardian to see if the child and myself have a relationship, and if we do then the judge is not going to do a another test. even though i did a test stating that the child isn't mine.
now, we go to court a second time to see what the guardian got from the child, but the other party never took the child to see the guardian. so we got another date to go back to court.
now, i spoke to the other party and she missed the appointment again!!!
so what did i do to put a end to this long running headache??
