Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am paying child support till she is 21(New York). Now she is 19 and going to college. Do I have to pay more than my child support (above and beyond) for college expences or is that what the child support is for???

What does the child support order state about tuition and child support? If you two cannot come to some agreement, it is likely the custodial parent will file for modification of the support order to include college expenses and tuition. The court will determine if a modification is warranted.
