If I was paying child support for a child for 21yrs of his life then the mother terminated the child support then a month later she desides to take me to court to pay for the 21yr childs college can she do that

Child support can be modified. Just file an opposition or appear to oppose the matter.

In most cases, child support is terminated at 21. Therefore, you may have a good case for final termination.
