Pension
My ex-wife receives 1/3 of my pension check each month, when she retires next year am I entitled to receive a portion of her pension check for the years we were married?

Kind of depends on the divorce decree. What did you all agree to or what did the court grant to you? Is your pension an alimony, a grant as a portion of what you earned during the marriage or a support payment. Did you use an attorney to get the divorce? If so go back to him and see what he and you negotiated.
