Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hi my name is Pete, i am 30. I have three children ages soon to be 10 6 and 5. My x wife before the divorce had me arrested for harrassment. I also have a mental illness and live on disablity. I have a 3rd party visitation agreement. but have not seen my children for months due to the fact my parents who are the third party moved. I live in new york state. What are my chances of getting the third party dropped in family court, if i file a petition?

Perhaps you best remedy is to file a petition for a change in supervised visitation.
