Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been petitioned to family court by my ex-wife who has made false allegations about monies owed her. This is not about alimony, child support or attears associated with any of the above. How do I get this dismissed?

Bring all documentation / check copies / receipts to the court that may document the payments made to her. If necessary, speak to an attorney to determine how much you are obligated to pay under the terms of your divorce agreement or judgment before you go.
