I have sole custody of my daughter. What legal rights do I have to phone access when she is on visitation by her father?

Although there is no rule against telephone contact with your child during her visits with her father, you have an obligation NOT to be disruptive of your daughter's visits with her father in any way. Therefore, it is advisable that you limit telephone and other contact with your daughter to that which is absolutely necessary, during her limited time with her father.
