Legal Question in Family Law in New York

power of attoney

my daughter is leaving for irqa and were tring to figure out what kind of power of attoney form should we use. there are so many different kind, I did find one for child care that can be used for medical, welfare and other parent made decisions this one is also temptory . Is this the one we need .
