pre martial assets

I purchase a 2 family home 5 years prior to my marriage, we do not live there, is she entitled to any monies from that home

This issue is more complicated than just an answer to your question. There are other factors that needs to be taken into consideration (whether or not you have lived there together during your marriage, who paid the mortgage, etc). You should seek professional help to obtain exact answer.
