Pregnancy with someone other then your spouse

What I wanted to know is if you are seperated from your spouse but not legally, no legal steps have been taken on either side. If the wife was to become pregnant by someone else what are the legal oblagations of the husband who is not the father. Are there any steps that need to be taken at this point on either side.

You should do everything possible to establish that yu are not the father. If you cannot establish that you are not the father, you risk being responsible for the support of the child.
