if i download this prenup (from your website)and buy it online, does it have to be signed by a lawyer or witnesses and filled or accepted in court?how valid it is?

Downloading anything is not a great idea. You should really see a lawyer. Some of us charge fees that are so reasonable that doing it ylourself does not make much sense.
