preparing for a divorce

I am planning to divorce my husband we have been together 26 years. First he empited out all joint accounts, mutual funds, tax

returns etc and took all the money

became a duel citizen and put the money there. Can I get half of this money back or did I lose it. Second we have 3 properties together that he could not touch.third he tookoff to another country with the vehicle he gave me and i use everyday so now i can't work. I am at a loss here he took everything and left me nothing. His pension am I entitled to that if so how do I get it. He has cheated on me and deserated me .I have an 18 year old son who cant go to college because he would not help him.

You may be able to enjoin your spouse from transferring any other property and to obtain equitable distribution from the real property currently in the country.

I suggest you immediately seek legal representation.
