Prevention of Father Interfering With Children's Counseling

Twice I have tried to get counseling for my young children and their father has interfered whenever it is mentioned bout what goes on at his place of residence during visitation. What do I do to get the children the counseling they need to express their feelings and attitudes?

If whatever goes on at their father's house requires the children to be in therapy, I highly suggest you go to court to modify the visitation now in place and perhaps require that they do not visit at his residence or perhaps supervised visitation is in order.

As part of your petition, ask the Judge to order counseling for the children.
