Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Pro Se Rights in Lawyers Conferences
What are my rights as a pro se? Am I allowed to be involved in any Lawyer Conferences? If so what can I do if I am not allowed in these conferences?

Re: Pro Se Rights in Lawyers Conferences
Your question is too vague to give a direct answer to you. Your rights depend on the type of case and whetheer these conferences directly effect you and your rights in a particular bonafide case, and whether your status as pro se litigant is recognized by the court.

If you are a pro se litigant, and you are a party to an action, then you are literally your own attorney. You should be permitted to do just about everything that an attorney could do.
