Legal Question in Family Law in New York
problem child
Can a parent kid her 20 yea old son out of the house, child is not in school, not employed and not looking, may be on drugs, does not help around the house and very disrespectful.

A 20 year old is no longer a minor, but an adult. YOu can treat him as you would any other adult. However, he has squatter's rights so you can't just lock him out.
