Property in a divorce

I have been married for 5 years and have not been living in the hous hold for three. I am presently starting my divorce process and had a question. I wanted to know that if I purchased a house with another person ( the man who I am living with now, do my husband have any legal rights to this property.

While there should be no problem because you have been separated from your husband for some time, It is best to consult your own lawyer directly on this question.

The 'marital estate' should be determined from the date of separation.
