property law concerning separation/divorce
I own my home 3 years before marraige,she moves out 6 months after marraige,1 month later she takes a restraining order out using my address. Can she do this and can I get my home back

The facts and issues of your question are not really clear. I suggest you consult with a lawyer. At best, she obtained a temporary restraint which you can contest.
