property
What percentage of the sale of the house, my husband and I have shared for 7 yrs. should I receive after the sale of such house is done? It was his house when we married but we have lived there and invested into it together for 7 yrs now.

YOu get half of the difference of the value of the house today, from what it was valued at on the day you got married.
For example, if the House was worth 100k on you wedding day, and is worth 200k today, you would get 50k. It can get more complicated, but if you have those types of issues, you'd do better to find a lawyer who can help you directly.
