Property status

My husband moved out 3 years ago, we are still not divorced or legally seperated. He just purchased a house with his girlfriend. We have been married for 16 years. Am I entitled to his portion of the house when we go for divorce.

Under many circumstances, yes, you are entitled to at least a portion of the house. You should consult with a matrimonial attorney in your area.
