Legal Question in Family Law in New York

how to prove that he works. Help ASAP!

Currently I'm waiting for the court day where my petition for child support will be addressed. We had 2 attempts in the past. We 've never been to court before. He didn't show up for the 1 hearing although he was served. He came to the 2-nd with a lawyer. The examiner said that we'll need to appear before the judge and the court date is in a few days. I am able to see his checking transactions on-line and see that for the past several years he had a steady job and was paid app 50000. The examiner told us to bring for court date 2 last paystubs. And today I noticed that his last check is 3 times less then he always used to receive.

What is going on and what should I expect in court? Should I tell the judge that he has been working up untill last week and show the printouts as a proof of what he has been actually making? Or the judge doesn't care what the Internet says and will use the information the father and his lawer presents?

BRing all your documents. Pay stubs, bank accounts, tax returns, e mails. Give the judge all the info you have.
