Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I purchased a coop before getting married, after we were married we transfered to a bigger coop with just my name on all the paper work. we both were paying the maintance fees in considerating a divorce what issues will I have to face in regards to who moves an who stays?

The coop may or may not be marital property, subject to equitable distribution. You should consult a local divorce lawyer to discuss the situation in detail and develop a strategy.

If you decide to buy him out of his share of the new co-op, you should get a credit for any money used from your old co-op to buy the new one.
