Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I purchased a coop before getting married, after we were married we transfered to a bigger coop with just my name on all the paper work. we both were paying the maintance fees in considerating a divorce what issues will I have to face in regards to who moves an who stays?

If you decide to buy him out of his share of the new co-op, you should get a credit for any money used from your old co-op to buy the new one.
