Legal Question in Family Law in New York

hi , my Q: is that my wife had call the acs,complaining that i the father had abuse and neglect the child,and had complained that i have committed a domestic violence against her,which is untrue ,a plan to set me up. acs has filed a case against me for a child neglect ,and a restraining order against me for both of them, my q: is what r my chances of wining a custody of my child?

As a male your chances of winning custody are slim under any circumstances but if your wife is trying to cut off all contact and poison your child's mind against you, you might have a chance if you can prove the charges re false.
