Legal Question in Family Law in New York

can a QDPO be modified? My husband got separeded in 1997 and then divorced on 9/2003. He was paying his ex wife 1000 per month. He retired from the nypolice dept on 2002, On 2007 took him for QDRO, and she ended up with 1750 dollars per month plus 600 additionals,for a period of 10 years. and 50percent of the supplemental he gets every December plus 1800 additional for a period of 10 years. Can this be modified?

It would be unusual but not necessarily impossible. One would need to review the full case file and the QDRO to be certain.
