Legal Question in Family Law in New York

How long should it take a lawyer to get this part of a divorce done?? It has been since 6/02/2000. Would this be a grievance against 2 layers involved. Have beeb to court one time for this 6/24/04.... going no wear. Maybe another new layer and $5000 later.

There are several factors that will affect the response to your question. You can always check with the court to find out if it has been signed or the pension administrator to find out if they received the signed copy.
