QDRO question
Is 7 yrs an extremely long time for a lawyer to take..........and still doesn't have this Qualifies Domestic Relations Order complete form the divorce 6/2/2000......????

Unbelievable! Change attorneys immediately in order to protect your legal interest. Are you even sure equitable distribution of the pension was awarded/included in the judgment of divorce?
Many attorneys hire a company to prepare the QDRO which must be signed by the Judge. The time frame can run about 3 months.
You can research QDRO prep companies on-line.
