Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My question is my husband and I were having problems and as of last Thursday he went to work and decided never to return home. He has sent me a text message stating that he wants me to step out of the apartment so that he can retrieve all of his personal belongings. He is refusing to help me pay any of the debt that we have. Including child support. We have a car note and a time share. My most important question is my husband has sole custody of his daughter who is 13 years old. She has resided with us since she was 8 years old. He has left her behind. I'm caring for her and our 6 year old little girl. She hasn't seen or heard from her biological mother in close to 3 years. Her mother doesn't pay on a child support order in close to 3 years as well. Now my husband has left do I have any legal rights in obtaining guardianship for my step daughter? Am I entitled to receive child support for both girls? Am I obligated to pay off the car and time share alone? He is now trying to remove me from his medical insurance can he do that? We are still legally married. Please help.
