Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Question reguarding visitation.

my husband and I have a7month old Daughter&he is a good father2 her he takes care of her very well financially and we are together legally married Now here is the situation he is a parolee on parole 4a non violent crime Burglery in the 3rd but over12years ago when he was a minor he was charged with a sex crime as a J.O./Y.O offender and now yes he does appear on the registry.He is currently in a shelter trying2find a place4us but parole tells him he cant see his daughter unless he has legal visitation by court I am not trying to keep him from being a dad the Division of parole is because of his old case they say its the'' law'' We reside in westchester county. What can be done here?? We need help.

You should apply to the Family Court in Westchester County for visitation. The Family Court has an intake room and will help you - and your husband - prepare the papers.
