Question about supervised visits

my wife has supervised visits, she got drunk this past weekend at a family wedding, became violent, attack her sister, all while children were present, should I let the kids still see her at supervised visits, they are supervised by only a family member. I am going to court next week to modify the visitation order. Thanks

Re: Question about supervised visits

You should not attempt to "police" the mother's conduct, in any way. That is not your job. It is important that You never appear to your children as the person who is trying to keep their mother from them.

Care for, love and protect your children and teach them. Provide as clean, healthy and respectful environment for them, as you possibly can. Which does not necessarily mean that

your children need to be "protected" from observing their mother's "bad" behaviour, anymore than observing anyone else's "bad" behaviour.

You may want their mother to be a different type of person. But, she is what she is, warts and all. Hopefully, with your help, your children will decide NOT to take her path.

Good luck,
