Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have a question , my question is that I have 3 year old son and his father get visitation with him twice a month which is that my son spended a night out at his house every other weekend and my question I would like to move to another state by my only concern bout moveing is becouse my son father gets visitation with his dad every other weekend will that stop me from moveing becouse of the visitation rights?

You will need to file a petition for relocation in the family court and explain your reasons for relocating, such as a job opening.
