Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hi I have some questions over a year ago my wife left me no explanation or anything we've had no contact whatsoever and she is still on my health insurance my main question is I have a possibility for a really good career change but they have bad insurance is there anything I can do to protect myself or a clause about abandonment or anything I really want to pursue the possibility but if it has bad insurance and I have to keep her on mine then the move would be a bad choice for me even though it would be a lot more money

If there is no actual divorce in effect, you can drop her from your insurance.
