These are the reasons murder is the leading cause of death among pregnant women

Mine is a child support & custody issue. Quick background info: first officer thouroughly cons (think bestseller The Pilot's Wife) naive flight attendant 16 years his junior. 3 year boyfriend-girlfriend relationship brings forth healthy twins & knowledge that ''Daddy'' is also a cheater...on his barren WIFE of 20 years. So, should I wait until flyboy upgrades to capt. (obv. an even higher 6-figure gross) to petition family court for order of monetary assistance? Would it be in better interest to wait until United Airlines soon pulls out of bankruptcy to see what (if Congress approves bill) pension plan is kept? Is it best to go before the judge before or after taxes are filed? An active Major, will his Guard salary also be figured into tot. amount earned? His side busin.? Can he be required to help pay weekly childcare? Since he can easily afford it, what about guarant. future private schooling? Med. expenses inclu. braces? Can he be forced to obtain life insur.? What legal ''hold'' does he have on the babies; am I auto. granted full custody by maint. phys. custody? Am dreadfully concerned he & his wife will make a play for the girls on grounds they offer a marriage (ha) plus 2 homes (1 in San Antonio & 1 in San Diego worth $800,000)!
