Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i am receiving 1300 dollars munthly which 81 dollars above the poverty line in social security dissability 2 months ago consented to 35% payment in child support =$455,00. Now my circomstances change $1150 SSD MONTHLY and also falls below the poverty line .I want to know if i file a downward petitin for modification of support is possible for the judge to apply the same 35% that i agreed to in the first order or should the only apply the amount pertaining the poverty line social services law
