Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am recently married. My husband and I built a new house -- moved in together before marrying however the house is only under his name. Is he able to "evict" (throw me out) of the house if he gets angry --

No. And, if he physically assaults you, you have the right to an Order of Protection to have him removed from the house.
