Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I recieved the Judgment of Divorce in NY. I had 20 days to serve. She did not pick up the registered mailed with return reciept. It is past 20 days and I was unable to submit Notice of Entry. Does this mean I am not Divorce?

Save the return receipt. Also mail it to her via regular first class mail with proof of mailing (no return receipt). You can still file the NOE along with the affidavit of mailing via certified mail. You are divorced.
