regaining back parental rights

My boyfriend gave up parental rights to his daughter 11 yrs ago and now the daughter is facing going into the fostercare system due to her mothers lack of ability to care for her due to excessive drinking and drugging. My boyfriend would like to find out if he would be able to reverse his decision that he made 11 yrs ago and take care of his 15 yr old daughter.

If you completely gave up your rights, you cannot reverse the termination.

You can try to adopt, however, the court may not grant your request since you already terminated your rights eleven years ago.

Yes. You can always revisit the issue of custody and visitation.
