how do I register a Child Support order in Hawaii for modification or termination?
I reside inNew York and order is originally from Alabama, hold resides in HI.

You need an original or sealed copy of the Alabama order, which you must file with your Family Court in your local county with a notice that it is being filed. That notice is then served upon your child's father in HI. From there, you can seek support via the NY Court.
