Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Religious Swearing In

Are there varying methods in place, to swear someone

in, in court, if they are of different faith and will not put

their hand on a bible. My 'opponent' is a Jehovah's

Witness and will probably refuse, as a case delay

tactic.
