Religious Swearing In
Are there varying methods in place, to swear someone
in, in court, if they are of different faith and will not put
their hand on a bible. My 'opponent' is a Jehovah's
Witness and will probably refuse, as a case delay
tactic.

Yes. They must "affirm" that what they say is the truth.
