removal from mortgage responsibility

My divorce is soon to be finalized. I have signed over the house to my soon to be ex-wife (per our separation agreement). Since I am no longer an owner of the house, how do I remove my name and responsibility from the loan ? please advise.

IS it too late?

That should have been part of the settlement, if not you are still liable for mortgage unless the bank agrees to release you or if u go bankrupt.

Did you already sign?

has this been submtted to a court?
