Re: can i remove my husband from my medical insurance?
If he moved out over a year ago and hasn't
been regularly supporting you, you can
sue for divorce for abandonment You do not
need his permission
You will need $ 350.00 for filing fees and
disbursements and a good attorney who
will let you make payments, but it will be
done and done quickly
you cannot remove him from the insurance without
the risk of you being held personally liable
for his medical expenses while he is uncovered
