removing a protection order

my boyfriend and I fought physically, and my head hit the table, and i had to go to the hospital. he was arrested, and I have an order of protection that I never asked for, and i didn't press charges. how do i get this removed?

You must talk to the Assistant District Attorney that is prosecuting the case.
