Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I would like to know how to request copies of my court hearing minutes. I beleave my ex-wife committed fraud and I need to get a copy of the minutes to prove it.

Contact the court reporter in the courtroom in which the hearing was held. If there was no reporter, contact the court clerk. You'll have to purchase the transcript.
