Residing in the same house during and after divorce

Will the court allow a couple to reside in the same house because of financial restrictions during and after a divorce in New York?

You may live with whomever, even your Ex spouse. A divorce cannot be "nullified," by such conduct.

However, it should be noted that neither party is entitled to accrue any interest, share or "protection" from the other, as if married, in any income or assets of the other party, but for what may be specified in the divorce judgment.
