Restraining order agains bad grandparents

I have a ? my parent and laws are mean horrible, cruel people they on purpose go out to hurt you, I have 1 child that is under 3 and another that is under a year, I've requested numerous times that she keeps her dog away from my kids(One dog bit the previous owners child)it has growled at my children both of there dogs, also they give my children pins to play with and lets them play with the garbage etc. (i need to find out what I need to do to get a restraining to keep them away from me and my children permanetly. they are very vandictive people.

Can you please help me with advice

I don't understand most of your text, but I will try to answer your question as best I can.

You must contact the parents of the child who was bit by this dog in the past. If 2 persons have been bitten by this dog, you can petition to have the dog destroyed. On the other hand, if only one previous bite can be established you will still be in a good position if there are any further problems.

Without a record of past aggressive behavior by the dog, your options are few.l
